Processing Time All our aromatherapy jewelry and clay pebbles are lovingly handcrafted to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll notify you of any delays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship throughout Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch (where available)
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping We're delighted to ship our handcrafted pieces worldwide to select countries. International delivery typically takes 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
